RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Our Policy offers refunds, repairs, and replacements in line with the Australian Consumer Law and the terms set forth in this Refund Policy. Please note that the benefits outlined in this Policy may be additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To understand your rights and what to expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order, we recommend reading this Policy prior to making a purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


We offer Returns and Refunds on Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 To start a return, you can contact us at sales@waterbox.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 65 O’SULLIVANS BEACH RD, Unit 10, LONSDALE SA 5160, Australia

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped let us know as soon as possible at sales@waterbox.com.auand we will arrange a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Or To return the goods, please send them back in the original package to the return address indicated on the package. You may visit your nearest post office and pay the required postage fees ( not sure if we send return labels)

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
